Start an Account
To set up your account, simply place your first order. During the checkout process, you'll enter your email address plus billing and shipping information so you won't have to re-enter it each time you shop with us.
Your Magazines.com online account is a record of your name and email address plus shipping and billing information. Magazines.com keeps this information on file so you don't need to re-enter it each time you shop with us.
Your email address becomes your username, so be sure to enter the same email address each time you shop at Magazines.com. You will also be asked to choose a unique password that will allow you to access and change any of your account information.
You can use your account to check on the status of any orders you have placed. Your account will also allow you to place future orders quickly and easily.

View Your Account History
To view your current account information and to check on the status of your orders, click on the Account icon located at the top of each page. After you enter your email address and password you will be able to view your account summary. You'll see your most recent orders and their current status. At this point, you can also update your "wallet" by deleting or adding billing and shipping information. Note that to change your billing information (such as your credit card), you must first delete the current information and then add the new information.
Each time you place an order you'll have an opportunity to change your account information (for example, if you'd like to use a new credit card or mailing address). You will make these changes during the checkout process.
Remember to use the same email address each time you shop at Magazines.com. See the question below for instructions on what to do if you have changed your email address.

Change Your Email Address or Password
Your email address is your username on Magazines.com, so it's important that you use an active email address when placing orders. We send your order confirmations and customer service communications to the email address specified on your account.
If your email address has changed, you will need to sign into your account.

- Forgot your password?
- After signing in, select My Profile in the left navigation. Enter your new email address and/or your new password.
- To save your email and password changes select the Save Changes button.
