Q. How long does it take to receive my Gift Card?
A. Two delivery options are available for gift cards. Email a gift card with a personal message for immediate delivery or send a gift card with a personal message via the U.S. Postal Service which arrives in approximately 3-7 business days.
Q. Can I purchase a gift card online and print it out at the time of purchase?
A. At this time we do not offer that option, however you can order the gift card via email and have it sent to your email address, then print it out.
A. Gift Cards are not refundable. But, we do offer 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed if you are not happy with the magazine purchased we can switch your subscription to a different magazine.
Q. My gift card is saying it has already been redeemed?
A. If you are getting the message that your gift card has already been validated please check your account online to make sure the credit has not already been used or placed in your account. You can see if there is credit available in your account online by going to your account. Your gift card balance will be located in a red box at the top left hand side of the account page.
